Prerequisites
The SOBF Tool has these requirements:
Both versions
- Java SE Version 1.5 or later.
- Existing set of one or multiple authority documents (please see Repository for further details on authority documents).
Desktop Client
- Embedded database server included, external database server optional.
Web Client
- Tomcat or other servlet container.
- Database server like PostgreSQL or Oracle. While it is possible to run the Web client with the embedded database server, this is not recommended.
- JDBC driver for your database server.
- Webbrowser which supports JavaScript (the SOBF Tool makes use of Ajax enabled components).
